Mr. Johnson has over 17 years of experience in Customs compliance as a public servant and in private industry. Mr. Johnson worked as a trade compliance Senior Corporate Internal Auditor for a Fortune 50 company, as a manager in a trade consulting firm, as a Senior Regulatory Auditor with Customs and Border Protection, and most recently as an owner of his own trade consulting and drawback practice, Johnson Trade Services.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of Arkansas and earned a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas.
