Gloria Guadalupe Olvera graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi where she studied in criminal law. She has a diversified practice that incorporates civil, criminal, immigration and corporate law. She served as an Oficial Primero del Registro Civil (responsible for issuing marriage, adoption, divorce and death certificates) for the Government of the State of San Luis Potosi. She has been a law professor for the School of Law of the Universidad Justo Sierra and co-hosts a weekly TV program in San Luis Potosi that addresses legal issues. Gloria is an active member of
the Bar Association from the Zona Media, from the National Chamber of Commerce in Rioverde, S.L.P. and sponsors the Centro de Orientación y Desarrollo Infantil, a sanctuary for abused children.
